Sustainable Leadership in Europe Report

CEC European Managers and its project partners have commissioned a European survey to assess the level of preparedness and adaptation of managers in Europe for the transition by analysing their knowledge, values, skills and behaviours.

The Sustainable Leadership in Europe research specifically aims at:

  • Understanding European managers’ familiarity with Sustainability issues, topics, framework, regulations, impacts, measuring and reporting

  • Evaluating the European managers’ level of empathy with Sustainability fundamental values

  • Outlining behavioural trends in line with the practices required for Sustainable Leadership

  • Assessing European Managers’ managerial and soft skills sets related to Sustainable Leadership
